Direct Marketing Association
(The DMA) is the largest trade association for businesses interested in direct
and interactive marketing, with more than 5,000 member companies from the United
States and 53 other nations. Founded in 1917, its members include direct marketers
from every business segment and non-profit sector. The DMA works to ensure that
consumers in the online environment are afforded opportunities to learn about
products and services of interest to them and to express their preferences regarding
